Weekending

It was the most perfect weekend in recent history. There was nothing that anyone had to do - no parties, no hospital call, no errands, no children's Sunday school lesson. It left plenty of time for...

...hanging out in PJs and making "pain au chocolat" (canned crescent rolls with a chocolate square in the middle) for breakfast...

...earning smiles from the sweetest baby boy I know...

...family day at The Dixon Gallery and Gardens...

...letting Caroline practice her photography skills...

...and studying for boards with a snuggly little study buddy.

We even had time for family movie night, sewing, football on TV, naps, Uno, dress up, dinner out, and church. Yes, it was a good weekend indeed.

What a fun weekend! Caroline's photography skills are impressive. And I'm totally stealing the crescent/chocolate breakfast combo idea!
